Ma'agal

Ma'agal (Hebrew for circle) is a monthly chant gathering honoring the moon and the spirit of each month of the Jewish calendar led by my dear friend, Rabbi Ariel Hendelman. In March, I will be joining her for Ma’agal and we will offer the combination of a chant-based version of Kiddush Levanah, the ancient Jewish ritual of sanctifying the moon, and a self-tying rope practice that will help us consciously connect to the energy of the month of Nisan. Participants will be invited into a guided rope journey focusing on the felt sense of restriction and liberation.
