Beginner Rope Lab is facilitated by Masha and intended primarily, but not only, for people who have taken Rope 0 at Temple and desire supported practice time for foundational rope techniques.
We start with an opening circle and introductions and content will be adjusted to the skills level and desires of the group. Generally, the first hour will be spent on demos of basic techniques including single and double-column ties, collapsible and non-collapsible knots, counter-tensions, and lock-off techniques. The second hour will be for practicing these skills with hands-on support. Come with your partner or come solo and practice these fundamentals as self-ties.

CANCELLATION POLICY: You can reschedule once or ask for a refund up to 48 hours before the event. If you would like a refund, please email us at temple.nyc.bushwick@gmail.com, and we will take care of it with you. A processing fee of 5% will be subtracted from all refunds. No refunds will be issued with less than 48 hours notice of cancellation.
